EARTHWISE Conservation , is an apolitical organization recognized in accordance with Article 7 of Law No.90/053 of December 19, 1990, on freedom of organization in Cameroon officially registered under the declaration receipt NºD76/RDA/F.34/SAA.JP is a nonprofit organization committed to environmental conservation and sustainable development while improving the livelihoods of communities reliant on natural resources. Founded in 2017 in Dschang by students and faculty of the University of Dschang, along with other researchers and environmental advocates, the organization emerged from a shared concern over ecosystem degradation, biodiversity loss, and the challenges faced by indigenous communities.

A world where biodiversity is safeguarded, ecosystems are preserved, and human communities coexist sustainably with their natural environment. The organization strives for a future in which the responsible management of natural resources ensures the survival of endangered species and the well-being of the populations that depend on them.

To protect wildlife and their habitats while ensuring a sustainable future for local communities. Through scientific research, environmental education, and awareness-raising initiatives, the organization seeks to foster a deeper understanding and active participation in conservation efforts. It is also dedicated to restoring degraded ecosystems, promoting sustainable community development, and advocating for effective environmental policies. By working both locally and internationally, EARTHWISE CONSERVATION aims to create a lasting impact on ecosystem preservation and the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature

OUR OBJECTIVES

1-To promote environmental justice in Cameroon by influencing laws, combating harmful practices, and supporting equitable and sustainable natural resource management.
2-To empower local and indigenous communities in Cameroon by promoting sustainable livelihoods, advocating for their rights, and integrating traditional knowledge into environmental management.
3-To foster a culture of environmental responsibility through education and awareness programs by organizing campaigns, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives.
4-To protect and restore biodiversity by conserving threatened ecosystems, rehabilitating degraded habitats, and safeguarding endangered species through science-based conservation actions.
